Mimosa, the chic brasserie at the Hôtel de la Marine, place de la Concorde. The iconic 18th-century Paris building was renovated over four years and now houses Qatar's Al Thani Collection — more than 6,000 works of art from antiquity to the present day. Café Lapérouse, also produced by Moma Group, completes the catering offer.
