Il Carpaccio, the gourmet Italian restaurant of the palace Le Royal Monceau Raffles Paris, has just reopened its doors, with two new talented chefs at the helm. Indeed, the starred duo formed by Alessandra Del Favero and Oliver Piras takes control of the kitchens of Il Carpaccio.

Within the recently renovated Hôtel de la Marine, Jean-François Piège and Moma Group unveil a spectacular contemporary brasserie with Mediterranean accents.
Mimosa, the chic brasserie at the Hôtel de la Marine, place de la Concorde. The iconic 18th-century Paris building was renovated over four years and now houses Qatar's Al Thani Collection — more than 6,000 works of art from antiquity to the present day. Café Lapérouse, also produced by Moma Group, completes the catering offer.
